Who We Are

Dove Homes Ltd was founded on the belief that every young person deserves a safe and secure environment to transition into adulthood. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by care leavers, we set out to create homes where they can thrive. Our journey began with a small team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young adults in need.

Over the years, we have proudly served numerous young men and women aged 18 and over, helping them navigate the complexities of independence. Our focus is on care leavers and those experiencing life transitions, providing them with the support they deserve. Each individual’s journey is respected and tailored to their specific needs.

Our Journey So Far

Dove Homes was established in response to the growing need for supportive housing for young adults leaving care. Our mission has been to foster secure and stable living environments since day one. With unwavering commitment, we’ve expanded our services to more young people each year.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about empowering young adults. Each staff member is trained in trauma-aware support strategies, ensuring a compassionate approach to care. This dedication allows us to provide tailored assistance that genuinely meets the needs of our residents.

Currently, Dove Homes operates multiple properties across the region, allowing us to reach more young adults in need. Each location is thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable and supportive living spaces. Our expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to serve and support the community effectively.

In collaboration with Dovely Homes CIC and leading global technology partners, we are developing a comprehensive digital support pathway designed to empower residents with essential IT and digital literacy skills. By utilizing industry-standard learning platforms from Microsoft, Canva, Google Digital Garage, and IBM SkillsBuild, we provide young adults with structured, interest-led training opportunities at no additional cost. This initiative allows residents to master tools that not only boost their personal confidence but also significantly enhance their employability and pave the way for long-term independence.quality accommodation and support services.
